Welcome to Art Talk and finissage of the exhibition ‘Circulation’.
Participating artists present the exhibition as a whole, and talk about individual works, approaches and areas of interest, with time and space for dialogue and questions.
The exhibition ‘Circulation’ has grown from from the artists’ common interest in the cycle of nature and how we humans are part of a larger whole with the nature around us, however the positions and strategies are different. The works revolve around plants and minerals as material or as colour, on connection as a theme, and the shapes and geometry of nature as inspiration. ‘Circulation’ is a poetic exploration of nature and a tribute to the cycle that is a prerequisite for life. Exchange between the works takes place when common threads reach out to each other and create new connections.
