
Hospital garden walk and conversation with artist Camilla Nørgård and architect Erik Brandt Dam about Nørgård’s artwork at New Hospital Bispebjerg and Brandt Dam’s renovation of the Healing Gardens.
Visual artist Camilla Nørgård and architect Erik Brandt Dam will discuss their work and thoughts behind the artwork at the future hospital and the renovation of the Healing Gardens. They will talk about how to build on history in art and architecture and celebrate the unique cultural heritage while simultaneously creating renewal.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience the special cultural and natural history of the hospital and gardens. They will gain an insight into the visions for the renewal and the connections between Brandt’s and Nørgård’s work. Throughout the walk there will be ample opportunity for participants to relate to the art, architecture and the day’s experiences together.
