Ørestad nursing home is located at Asger Jorns Alle 5 in the new town district Ørestad Syd, close to the terminus metro station Vestamager. The nursing home is itself an exciting piece of architecture created by the architect company JJW. The building was completed in 2012 and is furnished with furniture and fabrics in the colours inspired by the “Cobra painters” and other post war artists. These artists also have the districts roads named after them.
